I'MÂ ETHAN BALNO
After more than 40 years of study and 30 years of teaching, I’ve seen how movement changes lives. Innergy Move is the essence of what I’ve learned — simple, profound practices that anyone can use to improve health, find balance, and guide others.
From a young age I was captivated by how movement transforms the mind and body.
This led me to a life of excelling in martial arts, powerlifting and bodybuilding.
I was one of the strongest powerlifters in the world in my weight class having 7 state and national records as well as winning local bodybuilding competitions.
After 11 years of studying martial arts in the US, my journey led me to Thailand, Indonesia and Taiwan, where I spent over 25 years mastering the internal martial arts such as Qigong, Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Yongchuquan and other Eastern practices.
After years of privately refining Innergy Move, I now offer this transformative system globally. My goal is to help others achieve physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Based in Hoi An, Vietnam, I continue to witness profound changes in my students as they unlock their full potential through this holistic approach. Â
